We are seeking to fill the role of a Senior HR  Officer for our client a start up company. S/He will be  responsible for the overalmanagement of the Human Resources function and act as a HR advisory to the directors.

The role:

• Administering compensation and benefits scheme;
• Preparing notices and advertisement for a vacant staff positions,
• Capturing and updating payroll and complement control data;
• Compiling information relating to recruitment, selection, appointment, discipline, and transfers;
• Implementing Human Resource Management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems;
• Preparing human resource reports;
• Implementing human resource decisions within existing rules, regulations, and procedures;
• Coordinating training programs;
• Updating human resource database;
• Conducting staff induction and orientation;
• Implementing workplace health and safety; and
• Complying with Human Resource statutory requirements.

The Candidate

• Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Clear understanding of the labor laws
• At least 4 years experience working in a fast paced dymanic environment and managing a diverse multitalented team of young people average age 25 years
• Both a team player and team manager
• Age 28 -30 years prefered

Salary: KES 50,000.00 – 70,000.00
