Baus Optical Company Limited is a locally registered Kenyan company specializing in retailing and dispensing of optical products and services since 2002; currently we have 16 outlets across the country. Our service motto is “PROFESSIONAL & EXCELLENT SERVICE”, currently we have over 120 staffs including foreign expatriates.
Within its extensive operations, the company also prides in manufacturing and wholesaling portfolios. Our company provides optometry services; frames, lens, lens surfacing and fitting services. We operate with various types of products i.e. both branded and in house brands of optical products.
We believe in our motto and due to that, we purchase our optometry equipment’s as per the international standards. We have a signed agreement with Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) to regularly provide the most well trained optometrist to us.
Each year the company sponsors some of our staffs to go to China for a short-term training to ensure we stay in touch and updated with the industries’ most sophisticated trends and technology! Aiming for more efficient services to customer and to improve internal operations, the company has upgraded with a new online operating system, in cooperation with East Africa’s biggest online business platform, to ensure all Kenyans can also experience the convenience of online shopping for optical products.
BAUS OPTICAL has focused on “customer service” for more than a decade, earned most favorable reviews from our customers. We are one of the major service providers for Department of Defense (DOD); we also offer our professional service to over 40 insurances and medium sized companies/institutions.
Our company actively carries out mobile clinics, free consultations and free reading glasses to various schools, churches, enterprises and institutions. We strive to contribute in giving back to the community as part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR).
In the near future, Baus optical is committed in creating personalized service as a core customer experience, focus both on style and comfort ; at the same time we continue to expand the extension of our brand to meet the needs of different groups of people and reach all the towns in Kenya ,East and central Africa in our expansion programs ; Through our online platform and our revamped website we shall be able to achieve active customer interactions, reviews and critics just all these efforts to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
